Right from inception, the firm dedicated itself to effective time management for the benefit of its Customers. 35,000 square feet for M/s. OPMS Limited - to the utmost satisfaction of the project's architechts, M/s. Mungekar & Associates Pvt. Ltd.
It was a proud moment for Ashok Mistry when the Managing Director of OPMS Limited awarded the work of his residence looking at Mistry's dedication and honesty. When Mr. Mohan Nerurkar of OPMS started his own company, M/s Alphabetics Pvt. Ltd., Mistry was his natural choice. A decision seconded by the architechts M/s. Mulgaonkar & Associates. M/s. Ion Exchange was yet another series of prestigious projects entrusted to Ashok Mistry. Meticulous as ever, Me. Sudhirajan, the Vice President of the company gave Mistry a free hand for the renovation and landscaping of his residence.
As word of mouth would have it, Ashok Mistry's firm earned a major contract of 10,000 square feet with M/s. Patni Computers Limited, in the year of 1993 at the recommendation of renowned architects, M/s Parekh & Sahani, Mistry's firm has transformed different sites of M/s. Patni Comnputers - 75,000 square feet with labour.
The importance of his clients' time further consolidated Mistry's ability to foresee the future. With the launch of M/s. Vijay Wood Arts in the year 1999, he assured them of total solutions package. While the new firm supplied the necessary wood and civil material, the flagship firm ensured meeting of deadlines. A turnkey commitment which saved his clients' time and money.
