 The company is being promoted under the aegis of four brothers Joy Jo Manjooran, Paul J Manjooran, Jomy Thomas Manjooran and John J Manjooran with the objective of promoting and developing housing and commercial building projects in and around Kochi, where it is based.

2. Breezefield, Kakkanad: A similar project as above situated in an area of 3 acres, comprising of 20 independent housing plots.
3. Winter Wale, Kakkanad: Another completed project situated in 6 acres consisting of 65 independent housing plots.
