Panchal, an entrepreneur and a civil engineer founded the company with a positive concept. His rich experience of 40 years in the construction industry helps us provide the necessary mentoring which a company needs. In early nineties, after a long journey, Mr. J. D. Panchal’s Sons namely Mr. Pranav Panchal and Mr. Kartik Panchal joined Narayan Realty to take the legacy forward.
Mr. Pranav Panchal, a highly qualified engineer did his Masters in civil engineering from USA and is strongly committed to provide his valuable contribution to the firm by implementing international standards. Mr. Kartik Panchal , an architect is determined to raise the quality of the homes they provide a mark higher with every project.
The company was founded with an insight and interest for building homes for the requirement of all segments of society. It has reached a long way from a small real estate startup to today’s multiple giant building projects.
