 IDS-NIREM is established by 'The Industry Development Society for Real Estate (IDS Real Estate)', India, which is a real estate sector development and promotion body, established under the Society Registration Act, 1860. The main objective of IDS-NIREM is to produce professionally qualified and technically competent manpower for the real estate sector. IDS-NIREM has been established as a centre of excellence in real estate education, training and research to produce a critical mass of effective and efficient real estate managers and future business leaders to improve the quality of both the product and the governance of real estate sector in India, which in process would help all of us to build the nation.
