Tata Housing Launches Luxury Residential Project in Bangalore

Tata Housing on Tuesday announced the launch of a luxury residential project - The Promont, its second one in Bangalore. Spread across 14 acres on a hillock, the project would have 320 apartments in the range of Rs 2.1 crore to Rs 4 crore in four apartment towers as part of the first phase, according to a company press release.
Rajeeb Dash, head of marketing, Tata Housing, said the investment in the project would be around Rs 600 crore, including land cost. The project is located at Banashankari in South Bangalore. The company expects revenues of over Rs 1,000 crore from this project. Construction work has started. The company expects to complete the project in three years. The Promont would offer saleable space of 8.4 lakh sq ft, and would offer three-bedroom and four-bedroom units between 2,376 sq ft and 6,410 sq ft.
About 65 per cent of the project would be open landscaped areas. It has been designed by architect Moshe Safdie, who has also designed the Marina Bay Sands Resort in Singapore.
