Disputes

Refunds

Submission Fees To Be Paid In Advance
In order to avail the service you have to pay the submission fees in advance. The submission fees can be paid by draft or by cheque payable at Jalandhar. Further your account will be activated only after clearing of draft or cheque. If a person comes personally and pay cash than his account will be activated immediately.

(v) Any errors in the software will be corrected.

(c) Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
(d) No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms of use.

Limitation of liability
